The Buddy Check™ program encourages all participants to recognize that breast self-examination (BSE) is just one part of a very important three-part program for the early detection of breast cancer. The three-part program – doctor's exam, routine screening, mammogram, and breast self-exam – is recommended by major national health organizations including the American Cancer Society, the National Cancer Institute, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Register today by calling 855-TENNOVA (836-6682) to receive a Free Buddy Check Kit.

Breast Cancer is the most frequently diagnosed non-skin cancer in American women. An estimated 192,370 American women were diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009. The risk of breast cancer increases as women get older. Over the years, researchers have identified certain characteristics, usually called risk factors, which influence a woman's chance of getting the disease. Still, many women who develop breast cancer have no known risk factors other than growing older, and many women with known risk factors do not develop breast cancer. The key is to get tested so it is diagnosed early! Knowing your risk profile will enable you to take control of your health and provide you with the best defense against breast cancer. This free risk assessment will take about 5 minutes to complete. At the end, you will receive personalized, strictly confidential information.
